Is it posible for oil to come up one of the valley bolt well the one over cyclinder one?

is it possible ofr oil to come up via the valley cyclinder one on the outside as oild pools there and then runs on the pipes and its in a boat and faces backwords oh the engine is a 350 chevyIs it posible for oil to come up one of the valley bolt well the one over cyclinder one?
Oil can only come ';up'; via the pushrods, oil ports(from pump), or journals may be possible under extremely hard acceleration but this is not likely because the motor would have to be practically on end for this to happen. I'm not sure what you mean by runing on the pipes but if you mean the exhaust, You need a new valve pan gasket. That is where your leak is if oil is getting on the exhaust manifold or header.
