What countries does the united states get most of its oil from?

If you could be me some more accurate answers, it would help. What countries does the united states get most of its oil from?
Canada. The province of Alberta to be specific. The reserves of the oil sands in northeastern Alberta are said to be only second to that of Saudi Arabia. Nine per cent of US crude imports is supplied by Canada. 1 500 000 barrels is sent to the US every day. Production has been going full tilt for the last decade. With the current price of oil, we're supposedly going through the good times. With the current boom, I've noticed it takes a heck of a lot longer to get to school in the last two years.

As for California in 2005 (I couldn't get as specific as you wished), it is Saudi Arabia at 34% and Ecuador at 25%, and....Iraq at 12%. The total percentage of foreign sources of oil for California is 40.65%.

NOTE TO natas6665: The bad lands of Alberta is located in the southeastern area of the province. There are no tar/oil sands there. Mind you, there is oil production in southern Alberta. What countries does the united states get most of its oil from?
