Should oil rich states throw out the epa and government and drill and refine the oil?

That would be treason.Should oil rich states throw out the epa and government and drill and refine the oil?
Alot of these states are trying.

The most oil rich states in the union (measuring by proven reserves, not necessarily output) are Alaska, Wyoming, Texas, Louisiana, and Montana.

Wyoming and Montana have HUGE reserves of oil shale in the Bakken fields... BUT, it's not developed, and it is extremely time consuming and expensive to develop them. however, Wyoming and North Dakota have particularly seen alot of development in that respect.

Don't listen to the politicians, there's no way these states are going to stop drilling or dissuage oil companies from drilling and developing.Should oil rich states throw out the epa and government and drill and refine the oil?
in regards to off shore oil

the rich oil states DON'T want to ruin their tourists industries with oil rigs off their coast (at this time)

if you leave it up to Florida, California and other coastal States with large reserves of oil off their beaches then it's going to be a long time before they go and get that oil

the oil must be of greater value than their tourist dollars,

thus that's an incentive for them to wait till gas cost 15 dollars per gallon at the pump.
sounds nice but most of the refinerys are in texas and lousiana. they dont mind offshore drilling. u will boost those states ecomnies. and if it works out texas can leave the union. its the only state that can.legaley. due to the fact we were a nation first. so it might not be a good idea
sounds like a good idea to me.
Yes.
